Each custom-made set of upper and lower aligners is typically worn for about 1-2 weeks before progressing to the next set. Even though they are only worn at night, they are just as effective for many cases as traditional all-day aligners. This is due to the AirFlex proprietary polymer blend. AirFlex aligners adapt smoothly to your teeth and apply consistent, gentle pressure for more efficient movement. They are also designed to reduce the pressure and irritation commonly experienced with traditional braces or daytime aligners.

AirFlex aligners are removable, so there’s no interference with eating, brushing, or flossing. And since they’re worn at night, you don’t have to worry about aligners affecting your busy routine during the day.

Getting Started

We begin your treatment by taking a digital scan or impressions of your teeth, along with photos of your smile. Your custom NightOnly aligners will be ready in about 3–4 weeks.

While treatment time varies depending on your specific needs, most NightOnly cases are completed in about 12–24 months.

You’ll only need to visit us every 4–8 weeks so Dr. Kon can monitor your progress and provide your next sets of aligners. These regular check-ins help ensure your smile is moving as planned.
