We Accept Most PPO's Including:

We accept most traditional insurance plans including Delta Dental, however we do not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMOs). We know that insurance can be confusing and it is usually easiest for our patients to give us a call at (909) 825-7732 so that we can explain how we can work with your coverage.
We will also submit your insurance claims and make sure that your forms are processed correctly. Please remember to bring a copy of your insurance information when you come visit us!
For our patients without dental insurance we now offer our in-house dental savings plan!
FINANCING OPTIONS
CareCredit is available to help you pay for treatments and procedures that your insurance does not cover. They offer no interest financing or low minimum monthly payment options. It is simple to apply for credit and the approval process is instant. After you are approved, you are free to use the balance for the services of your choice.
