Dr. Chuck S. Kon
Dr. Kon is a graduate of the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and holds a fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry and is also a fellow of the Academy of Dentistry International. Dr. Kon has practiced here in Colton for over 42 years and will be able to help you in all aspects of dentistry including your general and cosmetic needs. He focuses on getting to know you and always does his best to address all of your concerns regarding treatments and procedures.
He was voted by the Consumer Research Council as one of America’s top dentists.
Dr. Kon has also worked as the supervising dentist at Summit College and American Career College. He is very involved in the community, and also routinely mentors high school and college students regarding their career paths and interests in the dental field. At home he enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle and spending time with his family.

Dr. Christina Kon
Dr. Christina Kon attended the University of Southern California for both her undergraduate studies and for dental school, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and a Doctor of Dental Surgery. During school, she went on mission trips to provide dental care to the underserved children and families in El Salvador and Guatemala. Her experiences showed her the importance of oral health awareness and patient education.
Dr. Kon enjoys working alongside her father and has been at the practice for over 8 years. She is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and finds performing restorative and cosmetic dental work very rewarding. She enjoys working in a family practice that makes patient comfort a priority and loves that many of her younger patients have parents who have been seeing her father since they were children.
While not practicing dentistry, she enjoys exploring new hiking trails and spending time with her 1 year old son.

Liza Yarnell, RDA Office Manager
Liza has been a part of Dr. Kon’s staff for over 25 years. She graduated from Valley Vocational School Dental Assisting Program, and has been in the dental field for 37 years. She is also a member of the American Association of Dental Office Management. Liza’s goal is to ensure that you feel welcome and comfortable at our office. She will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding your dental treatment. With her extensive experience and knowledge with insurance policies, she will be able to provide you with affordable payment options. This way you can always have the smile you dreamed of having! Outside of the office, Liza is involved in many charities that focus on helping others. She is a true believer in giving back to the community. She also enjoys walking, spending time at the wild animal park, and glamping at the beach with family and friends.
Lillian Hidalgo, RDH, BS Dental Hygienist
Lillian is a registered dental hygienist who graduated from the Loma Linda University. She has been part of our staff for 20 years. Her focus is to ensure that your periodontal and hygiene needs are taken care of with the highest standards. Lillian wants to make each appointment enjoyable for you, and will patiently answer any questions you may have about the treatment.
Paige Melton, RDH, BS Dental Hygienist
Paige is a registered dental hygienist who received her degree from the University of Southern California. She has been a part of our staff for over 10 years. She prides herself in providing efficient and diligent patient care. Paige’s warm personality and passion for dentistry endears her to all of our patients. She will explain every procedure to you, and promises to make you feel as relaxed as possible during your treatment.
Jennifer Najarro, DA Administrative Assistant
Jennifer received her dental assisting education from Summit College and has been with us for over 7 years. She works with Liza to make sure you understand your treatment and finance options and is also fluent in Spanish. Jennifer works at the front desk and will be the first to greet you with a smile! She grew up in Colton and attends many of the city events. If you run into her make sure to say hello! Jennifer has a beautiful little daughter and recently got married.
Margarita Bolanos, DA Dental Assistant
Maggie finished her dental assisting eduction at UEI College. She has been with us for over a year and is originally from Colorado. She is fluent in Spanish and loves to paint and draw during her free time. Maggie is expecting her first baby, due in June.
Janét Baker, DA Dental Assistant
Janét received her dental assisting education at UEI College and joined us in October of 2021. She will ensure you feel comfortable during your dental procedure. During her free time, she enjoys free hand drawing and spending time with her 6 year old daughter.
Jessica Castañeda, RDA Dental Assistant
Jessica completed her dental assisting education at UEI College and joined us in December of 2021. She is fluent in Spanish and has a pleasant personality. While not at work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
